I am pretty sure Belmont Taxi is the only cab service I plan to use from now on....! I was so glad to have found Belmont Taxi, especially after the most horrible Super Shuttle experience. What is so great?
1. Awesome and easy online reservation system.
2. They take credit cards, including AmEx! And they e-mail you the receipt. High-tech and green!
3. Super courteous service - they arrive early, are super friendly and help you with your luggage. The driver who picked me up from SJC even walked inside the airport to look for me, because I was unsure where he was waiting. The company really takes good customer service seriously. -

Belmont taxi cab was my choice for a…
Belmont taxi cab was my choice for a round trip visit for a medical procedure that I couldn't drive afterwards. I couldn't find a friend to drop me off or pick me up on a work day, so I called Belmont taxi.
I got confirmation texts and emails on the date and time of pickup for the drop off, and a promise to pick me up when the procedure was done. The driver was on time, notified me by cell of his arrival. Very courteous, avoided traffic delay with a GPS, and got me to the hospital on time.
For pick up, I was wheeled out in a chair, and the driver was waiting for me. Speedy ride home. Clean cab, friendly driver, great job of handling traffic.
I definitely would use Belmont taxi again, and highly recommend them. -

Thanks to Yp reviews, I chose this service to take me to the airport for a very early flight.
- I was able to make the reservation online...easy!
- As promised, a 1/2 an hour before they were to pick me up they called and said they were on their way.
- They were 5 minutes early and called to tell me they are here and to not rush, but to please be on time.
I will defiantly use this cab company again. Very professional and easy to work with. -

If i had the option of giving 6 stars, i definitely would. these guys r always on time, the cabs r clean and they're super fast. my review is for the cab driver named Howard he's a nice guy and always on time. i have been using his services to go to very important appointments and he has always been on time, either on-time or early, but never late. that's fore sure. one time i left my phone in his car and i called the company and let them know about it. they told me to go outside, i went outside and in maybe 2-3 minutes Howard was right there holding my phone. he was nice enough to get out of the car and bring it to me from the other side of the street. u don't get that kind of service these days from cabs do u ? i guess with this company u do.

I called Belmont Taxi Cab California a couple days ago to travel from Belmont to SF Bay area. The arrival was quick and the cab driver (Howard) was very entertaining, friendly and accomodating. Since it was a long ride, he even offered to stop by a gas station and asked me if I wanted to get any beverage or water. Offered me a gum on the way. Attentive and offered to turn of f the air conditioner or open the window when I sneezed from my allergies. It was a long ride but he made it fun. Pretty fast driver, if you want to get somewhere in a hurry, Howard is the guy to call.

What can I say about Belmont taxi cab.i think they are best.I travel alot and use there cab for airport ride.they have nice flat rate to airport and about there cars they have nice NEW CABS.nice friendly drivers.I would give 5 star rating to this cab company.I preffer people if anytime you guys need cab in San Carlos USE THEM.

We used this Belmont Taxi Cab to take us from San Mateo to SFO and back. Great service and friendly drivers that were early each way! We were with our one year old daughter and they made sure that her car seat fit into the back securely. Our driver from SFO back to Mt. View was a man named Harbel. He is a great driver and fun to talk to during the ride. I will use their services again for sure!

I had an early flight from SJC a month back. I had planned to wake up 20 mins before leaving, but the driver called me 40 mins before (i.e. around 4:20am) to confirm the address. I was initially mad because I lost my precious 20 mins sleep, but later was glad that I could make on time just because I woke up earlier than intended! I think he called just to make sure that I am up :)
The driver, who is also the owner of the company, came 5 mins before time and was very friendly. The bill was very reasonable and he gave me a discount (I think the cab's website has some coupons)! He also denied taking a tip from me initially (may be because I am a student, or I was using the service for the first time, or both), but I couldn't resist because of the great service. Highly recommended. -

I used this service for the first time today when the county decided to block the entrance/exit to our underground parking garage. Argh!!! As you can imagine I reserved a taxi at the last minute and under some stress. I popped onto Yelp and found YTCC. Substantial reviews and good enough to convince me to try them.
So, I reserved a taxi online (LOVE the simplicity and convenience) and it wasn't 5 minutes later when I got an e-mail confirming the pick-up.
Ismil arrived a few minutes early and knew exactly where he was (as opposed to other drivers that appear disoriented) and he knew exactly where to go when I gave him my destination.
A few hours later when I needed a ride back home I simply replied to the original e-mail from my outbound ride and asked for the return ride. Instant e-mail back stating "10-15 min." Harry turned up in less than 15 minutes and I had the same service as my outbound trip.
Professional, punctual and polite. What more could you ask for in a taxi service? I'll definitely use them again and when I do I'll ask for Ismil again too! -
I have used Belmont Taxi Cab twice now…
I have used Belmont Taxi Cab twice now to get from Belmont to the airport. Both times the cab has been at least 5 minutes early and given me a call that they are waiting outside.
The main reason for the rating is the drivers. Both of them were very courteous but also very funny and able to make the trip to a great time! It have felt like waving good bye to an old friend when they've dropped me off at the airport (sorry Rafil, I was picked up by friends when I got back, but I call you next time! =) ).
The only concern could be the cars. They have been very clean but not of the latest model. Both times it has been old cop cars where you actually can see the holes where the searchlights used to be. Also, the dashboards have looked like a Christmas decoration with assorted warning lights but as long as I get where I am supposed to I don't find that to be a problem -

Tinge!!! I have been calling Tinge for rides for years!!! He is just so reliable!!! Tinge is the best in the bay!! He will pick me up from whenever I am! And when in a wedding I called him and explained we needed more than one cab and he came with friends.

last minute we needed a ride from sjc airport to mt view. called a few companies and spoke to rude dispatchers. finally i found yellow taxi cab on yelp and when i called, i was delighted to hear a friendly voice on the other end.
Nadar came when expected. He was friendly and got us to our destination in a timely manner. he also didn't freak me out with his driving, which always happens to me whenever i get in a cab. lastly, and most importantly, at the end of the trip our driver honored the price we were quoted on the phone when i made the reservation, despite what was shown on the meter.
great company and i'll definitely use them again in the future! -

I called up the company 6 hours in advance to schedule a pickup and the phone was answered fairly quickly at 2 AM.
The driver who dropped by was Nadar He picked me up in Mountain View five minutes early and we made it to SJC promptly via a route that I would have taken, myself. The entire ride was enjoyable by Nadar friendly and conversational nature.
Will definitely be my go-to company in the future. -

I needed a taxi for a ride from Belmont to SJC. I looked on Yp and found Belmont Taxi Cab. I decided to give them a shot based on all the great reviews. They certainly lived up to the hype. Harry was extremely professional and arrived on time. I was extremely pleased with the service and will certainly use them again.
