THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO OPEN MY POOL. HE DID NOT CLEAN OFF THE COVER FIRST AND LET ALL THE GARBAGE GO IN MY POOL THEN LET THE COVER GO IN MY POOL AS WELL. NOW THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MORONIC EMPLOYEES

Truly disappointed in the quality of service. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their work is worse... They had an irritated client and their form of communication was "texting"...
The dragged the toxic product across our lawn and then left the garbage on our new pavers which we then needed to have repaired at a cost of $$$$$'s of dollars. I called to tell them to pick up the trash, they claimed they do not do that. After many conversations (texting)... they finally came and picked up the "TOXIC" mess... NEVER would I recommend this company and we had used them for 12 years. Call L.I. Premier Pool Service, they are fantastic! Pat N.
