Canine Couture

STOP!! Before you bring your beloved pet to CANINE COUTURE please read this. My dog is a very mello 10 lb 5 yr old dog. I brought her into canine couture for grooming last Friday, something I would never do again. She had a 12:30 apt. I called at 3:30 to ask if she was finished yet , I was told they had so many dogs that she hadn't even been seen yet! I called again at 5:00, again was told she wasn't done. After five hours when she still was't done I went in & ask that they turn over my dog. There was so much confusion in there, dogs running around, barking, people chasing them oh what a fiasco! I was charged $54. & change for this pleasant experience. The worst part, when I got her home, one ear was significantly longer than the other, & they had cut her face!! I have plenty of witnesses & pictures. She was miserable for 2 days, scratching her face, rubbing it into her bed & whimpering. This owner, Rachel had the nerve & bad business cense to defend this, never offering so much as an apology! I insulted her by saying a "bad word" after she began to laugh at me for being as upset as I was, imagine that! I have disputed this charge with my bank...we'll see if Rachel does the right thing, I'll keep you all posted. I have spread the word to anyone & everybody who will listen. If I stop one person from going there I'll feel Lucy will have gotten something out of a bad experience. (I've already gotten 2 families to say they will not return there & will spread my story to their family & friends...yay!) ps..gave the star in error!

Beware of this salon. They are awful to deal with. They gave my dog a "puppy cut" which I did not request and cut my long-haired dog's hair way too short. To add insult to injury-- they charged me extra and said I got the wrong groomer!

I think they did a great job with my dog and I would visit again soon!
