All American Gymnastics

STAY AWAY!!! I took my twins there for a trial class in the pre-tot program. It was their first time. so one of them was loving all the things to climb on and running around (the other one was just sitting there taking it all in). Appparently, the twin who was running around was not follow the "class" (what kind of structured class is there for a 21/2 yr old). The owner, Winnie, who I have heard is never really there was helping out bc I guess it was busy, told me after 8 minutes that my child could not stay and we had to leave. After 8 minutes!!! I was so angry and of course my kids were screaming. I had at least three parents come up to me to comment how it is insane to judge a child after 8 minutes. Afterwards, I went to speak to Winnie and she completely disregarded everything I said to her looked me straight in the eye and said "I'm done, goodbye" and walked away. The fact that this woman owns this business and speaks to customers in that way is disgusting. Don't be fooled by the good recoomendations that you may hear like I was. If you have ANY interaction with Winnie it will be miserable. This program is a gym, where kids can run and play. Well, my poor daughter got 8 minutes to try it.

perhaps a few child phsycology classes for instructors and owner alike. this company lacks the ability to deal with a child and parents in the correct manner along with a total lack of common sense. they can be rude and hurtful.
