Accent Dentistry

I cannot rave about this office enough! It was such a nice change from all the other offices I have been to. They alll say they "cater to cowards", but this was the only office that did not make me feel ashamed of my fears. They offered me sedation and laughung gas and headphones. They even invited me to bring my own music and DVDs to the appointments to keep me relaxed. The work was done fast and by the same person each time I went instead of referring me out ot five other offices where I did not know anyone and had to explain my problem all over again. The office manager there knew my insurance inside and out and figured out what Iwould have to pay BEFORE I even had the first visit which is a heck of a lot better than getting surprised with a bill afterwards. Definitely glad I tried this office.

What can I say...the office is beautiful, the receptionist always calls to remind me about my appointments, it is clean and well kept, it doesn't have that "dental office smell", I have only good things to say about the treatment I have received, I like that I have had all of my needs taken care of without being referred out, I liked that I could use the nitrous oxide for my appointments because I hate needles!!! I also like that when I had an emergency on the weekend, I was able to reach someone by pager and not just leave a message with an answering service. I am glad I found this office. I have referred in my whole family! Thanks Dr. B! You're a lifesaver! (Thanks to Jason, Valerie, and Shelly too! You guys are great!)

Really awesome office. Never a fan of dental work, but here it was a breeze. Wasn't treated like just another number and actually was seen on time which is rare in many offices. Funny lady who cleaned my teeth was so nice and made me confortable. She let me pick what movie to watch and then left me to it! Dr bankhead seem s really patient and nice. Took his time with me and answered all my questions, plus allowed me to speak with the office manager whenever I wanted to answer the rest. Glad I did the work there. Never going back to my old office.

Really liked this office. Felt comfortable and did not feel like another number. Had some gum stuff done and finally got my two front teeth capped. Reasonably priced and they seem to always run on time which means a hell of a lot to me. Sick of sitting in waiting rooms for docs.

A really nice office with a pleasant feeling to it. I went in for sedation dentistry and I am so glad I went here. I was afraid for so many years. I did not think I would get up the courage to do it. But when the time came, I feel asleep and the next thing I knew it was that night. My teeth were cleaned and all of my fillings were done. I even had a root canal and crown done. They do everything right there while you are napping. My only regret is that I wiated so long to give this a try. I had scheduled and cancelled so many times before. And I was scared for no reason. They did not embarass me or make me feel ashamed of my teeth. And now I can be glad that all I need are cleanings. ( I still do not care for having dentistry done)

The best dental service I've ever had! Not only is the doctor great, but the entire staff are amazing. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I am (dare I say) not dreading my next dental appointment. Couldn't recommend them enough.

A great office with a really awesome staff. They are always so nice to me when I go in there. The front office does everything possible to make sure I know what I am having done and what it is gonna cost. Doctor Scott is so nice to me and always makes me feel calm even when he has to numb me! Thank god for the gas! And it's free! My last office always made me feel like I was crazy for being uncomfortable. Now, I watch a movie and relax and get it done without sweating thru my clothes. I really like the hygieniest too. She is so nice and funny! I won't go anywhere else and am trying to get my husband to do the same.

Dr Bankhead is a Professional and an all around technical specialist. At first glance when walking into his waiting room (the very best I have seen in my lifetime), you are totally comfortable and at ease. When you first meet Dr Bankhead with that big smile, you instantly like him. Following an examination, he is so comprehensive in carefully explaining his observations and likewise in explaining what needs to be done, if need be. Regardless of what dental procedure Dr Bankhead may be performing, it becomes intuitively obvious, your care and comfort are paramount. As long as Dr Bankhead is available to me, I will never consider going to any other Dentist.

I am not a big dentist fan and Dr. Bankhead and his staff made me so comfortable and to know that my mind is at ease now. I actually look forward to seeing my dentist.

Dr. Bankhead and staff are some of the finest in the nation. My 2-year experience yielded superb results. I can't say enough to thank these folks for the wonderful outcome of my procedures. I highly recommend them not only as professionals, but more importantly their concern for you the patient.

Great office in an unexpected area. The doctor here does all types of dentistry so I was able to have everything I needed done in a single office without being referred all over the place. I slept through the entire thing and trust me..that has NEVER happened before. Accepted my insurance and helped me finance the rest.
