Very helpful and a wide variety of sizes of bags of ice. Gave us great advice on block ice and dry ice for our camping trips to keep our food cold for our whole trip.

I was calling them for 4 days to get delivery of ice for the store, but receptionist always used to say," I ll talk to manager and will let u know". Today I got out of stock on my ice. I called them again, and I got hold of manager. I asked him politely..is there any problem over there so you guys are not being able to make delivery. He replied and it was so rude, " yes sir we have a problem, do u have any problem with that?" I explained my problem and he said how about I put ur delivery on hold for week. Come on I have been ordering ice from these guys for 3 years and they don't even reconcile...If the manager can't handle the rush..then don't be rude..or quit the job.

the worst place in the world, I have to hive one star, because i dont have any other choise, but i can i give them 00000000000000
