TLC Hand Car Wash & Detail

NOT EVEN ABLE TO REMOVE THE BIRD POOP ON THE WINDOW!

I had my one month old Maxima washed and waxed. The car is black so any little scratch becomes very noticable. I unfortunately didn't notice that my top portion of my bumper was scratched until after I left. I call back and speak to the manager and she tells me to come back and she will file an incident report. I ask what's next? She inform me that I will be informed of the findings within 2 weeks time and that the manager would review the video footage and get back to me. Three weeks go by and still no response so I call back and get the same manager and she informs me that she has not been informed of the results. I send an email to the owner and get a rude response back suggesting that he would not show me proof that my vehicle was not damaged there even though they have video footage. I will never take my vehicle back to this establishment and I have already filled a small claim with the court. I recommend anyone who don't want their vehicle scratched or damaged then don't go to TLC.

I brought my car to TLC and after waiting an hour for it and watching people leave who had came long after me they returned it to me still dirty but now with a HUGE CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD!!!! The manager acknowledged that the car had not been cleaned properly and that the crack was far to large to go unnoticed before I had brought it. After calling back in for over week and getting nowhere they informed me that the tapes didnt reveal anything out of the ordinary? Now I have a dirty car with a huge crack in the windshield and 15$ less in my pocket. Unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
