Erica and Yvette are very nice and professional and they make me feel welcome every time I come in. I also love the ortho dr. He's a man of few words but he's very thorough. 5 star service to the whole orthodonic staff thank you.

The front desk is a total MESS Rosa has no patient skills what's so ever she is so unprofessional and her image looks like she just woke up! I will CHANGE providers a soon as in done with this treatment. I been coming back and fwrd just because they don't do their job correct. The mngr JOSE is so incipid and unprofessional. When I asked him a question, he just didn't smile and replied to me so dry like he didn't want to talk. The guy assistant he is philiphino I think. He was good he is the one that actually did good job trimming my temp crown. But the others suck!!! Claudia dentist assistant she's all right talks n goofs alot while working feels like their not Focuz her and the actual female Doc (dentist). I can't be coming back here and will switch ASAP !! That and more that has happened to me at this dental place their front staff SUCKS!!! So unprofessional make u wait !!! One freaking DOC n One assistant really sucks when ur in pain!! Never coming back here after I'm done with this treatment

Stay away if you can. This is by far the worst dental office I have ever visited. They quoted me over $12000 for a deep cleaning! At another super professionally run dental office the deep cleaning was $1145 (periodontitis type 2). This place is not run professionally. Patients are made to wait forever in the office. The first time I got tired of waiting and left after more than an hour. The second time there were patients fighting with the staff. They always claim that one of the dentists is not in that day and that is why they are so busy. There is also lack of privacy once you get to see the dentist (if you are lucky that day of course). My impression is that they don't honor appointments. They will tell you to come in at 9:00 am but most likely will get seen whenever. Very unprofessional and seem to be extremely money hungry. I have a good dental insurance plan but according to them none of my or my wives procedures were covered. We discovered this was not true at another place. Bottom line be careful and double check with your dental care provider to make sure that you are not charged for procedures that may be covered. If you don't have to use this place, don't bother.
