I got into a car accident almost 3 years ago. I went to see Dr. Kobata and was back to normal in a couple of months. I still go in regularly for "tune ups" to keep me feeling great. I rate it Wellness "Wonderful!"

This website contains so much great information about chiropractic and massage it just about blew my mind!! It was so easy to navigate a monkey could do it! I went to the offices and the treatment i recieved was amazing so many smiles so much good energy. And the Doctors were so informed about my condition they had me feeling great in a matter of days!! I tweaked my back again, and went to see Dr. Stephan Black at the Eastgate location of Wellness One. We had met at a local business function several months prior. He remembered who I was, and he was very understanding and compassionate about my back pain. I was barely able to walk when I went to see him and after only 2 treatments I could straighten up and walk near normally. Dr. Black is very thorough in his diagnosis. He is very clear about the treatment plan. The outside of their center isn't much to look at, but inside it is very clean, peaceful and tranquil. Very zen! I highly recommend Wellness One and I highly reccomend Dr. Black.

I cannot describe how happy I am that I chose to treat my back pain at WellnessOne of Bellevue. I herniated two discs in my lower back during a dance class at the tender age of 16. After a couple of days of bedrest, I was able to move around again, but with serious pain. I could definitley not attend dance classes anymore. I went to the Bridal Show at Meydenbouer Center in Bellevue with a friend, and while she was looking around, I decided to get my back screened by a doctor from WellnessOne. He said he thought he could help me, and so I scheduled an appointment to come in for an exam. When I came back to review my tests and x-rays, I was told that even though I was 16, I had the back of a 40 year old because of my problems. I decided to give it a shot and came in regularly as suggested for adjustments, and within only a couple of months, I was able to go back to dance class!
