    Great customer service - I needed my…

    Great customer service - I needed my laptop repaired. I'm self- employed and rely on my laptop - I was told by other repair shops that they would need it for 1 or 2 weeks. PC Doctor loaned me a laptop - complete with my desktop information - until mine was repaired. Thank you, thank you, thank you Gary!

    Excellent Service! Highly recommended!

    ... read more I found a coupon for $25 off! I immediately took my laptop over to see if they could help me out. I was greeted by the owner of PC Doctor who assured me that his staff was very knowledgeable and that this would be fixed as soon as possible (which was a relief because my presentation was due in TWO DAYS!). I met the computer tech who was very knowledgeable and explained what he thought was wrong with my computer-- in words that I could actually understand, since I don’t really know a lot about computers! I felt confident leaving my laptop in their care, and hopeful that I wouldn’t have to re-start my presentation from scratch. I got a call the next morning saying that my presentation had been recovered and that my computer was ready for pick up!! Not only was their service very personal, fast AND affordable, but my computer now runs so much faster than before and I haven’t had any problems since. I can’t thank PC Doctor’s staff enough for their help! I’ll be sure to visit again if I have any more problems.

    Great Job!

    I was desperate to get my computer up and running again due to time and work requirements and Gary at PC Doctor was not only professional and gave great customer service but was able to get my computer up and running again in less time than he quoted me. What a relief and pleasant surprise!! Great job, Gary!‎
