don't have the same service. And i love that you have years of

Bob is professional, responsive, punctual and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure renting from him. We especially appreciate how fast he worked to get us into our house and get our lease signed executed.

What difference in management style from our previous firm. Sharon offers multiple of options, a variety of skilled service providers, many who know our community and works creatively to suit our particular needs.

Tami is very professional and courteous, she understands both the needs of the tenants and landlords. I met the actual homeowner and he was very happy of how well his home was being taken care of. I guess I was one of the lucky ones, not only did I end up with a good management company but I also ended up with a good landlord. Maybe it is not the company but the agent you end up with. I have been with MacPershon's Property Management for over two years.We moved from California and had to do everything online. Our lease manager was Tami, she was very helpful and made the transition very easy. The home was clean and everything in good working order. Every time we've had a problem, she has been prompt to fix it. I have never had any issues with them and I am happy to say I've had a very pleasant experience with this company.

Wow!! What a change! MacPherson's has done a phenomenal job of turning my apartment complex around since they began to manage the place. Very organized, professional and all around a good company to deal with!

Wow! Reading all these reviews on YP (YELLOW PAGES) are night and day from the reviews on YELP . These people on YP are either made up or YP picks and chooses what the company "MacPherson PM" wants you to see. This Company... I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! My family owns our Condo where we live. We are surrounded by renters who move in and out all the time, other owners choose to rent their units. No big deal right? So anytime we have any issues with our neighbor's we often time have to complain to the Rude and narrow sighted PM (office of MacPherson) who not only has the renters best interest (commissions) but, the PM punishes my family and house hold everytime we do have a problem and then turns it around on us just so they keep their renters and then they can charge us hundreds of dollars at a time. I really wish I could go into length but this will probably be enough to become a bigger Target. Just read some of the complaints from YELP. Renter/Rentee BEWARE!

Thank you for your fine work in scheduling the surfacing of Hilltop's driving and parking areas. WELL DONE!!! And thank you for facilitating Atila's great service in replacing the failed portion of our patio door. We can see forever now!

I would like to take a moment to personally thank and recommend Barbara. Barbara has been a huge blessing to my wife and I since moving into a sixty-01 unit. It was a great pleasure working with her over the past year and a half. She was always available, any day of the week to address any problems or concerns. There were times where we were out of town and our cat needed feeding but I gave my friend the wrong key, Barbara was there for the rescue, making sure he got the right key. Barbara always had such a great attitude, no matter what time, situation, or day of the week it is. She even helped us in figuring out whether or not we could buy our unit when it was for sale, since we had been renting. We highly recommend Barbara as a property manager and friend.

Tami has found me good tenants and has managed the property while I am of the country. I relay completely on her judgement of tenant screening and selection. She has also attended quickly to any maintenance issues as they arose, took care of them and kept me informed during the process. I have come to admire her professionalism and personal attention in dealing with rental management issues. On many occasions I have followed her advice of making improvements to the property that has resulted in getting tenants quickly.

I would like to send a huge thank you for the work that Teresa does for us. I have been a member of the board for 8 years and I was the one who initially sought out changing our property management company. I am so thankful I did - Teresa has been outstanding. She is very professional at all of our HOA board meetings and answers all the questions quickly and KNOWS property management in and out. I respect and appreciate the knowledge she brings to our HOA board and have seen significant improvements since she joined as our property manager. She is quick to respond to questions that come her way and is great at communicating issues to the board immediately when they need to be escalated.

I truly appreciate Teresa. She is a pleasure to work with and I am so thankful we were able to find her and have her work with us.

I purchased a home from MacPherson’s early this year. after the purchase, I had issues with the AC. The inspector I hired noticed that there was a drain issue and water under the unit in the attic. This problem still existed after the purchase of the home, and the company that made the original $60 repairs (if you would call it that), re-inspected with an estimate of over$1,000 in AC repairs. The senior technician who came a day later estimated near $3000. My realtor heard about his and immediately made contact with the company as well as my new warranty provider to determine what could be done. He was livid, and so was I. Long story short, with his persistence in ensuring that the situation was resolved, all repairs were completed…on a Saturday morning… taking over 4 hours.. For free. Bottom line: the folks at MacPherson’s will go to bat for you and won’t stop until you’re happy.

I have been a long time client of MacPherson’s Property Management for over ten years. During those years they have been the model of professionalism and friend to me. Their vast knowledge of keeping my property rented is greatly appreciated. Their ability to balance the needs of both me and the prospective or current tenants comes natural. MacPherson’s attention to the property itself is what I also appreciate such as; maintenance, defects, shelf life and over all functionality of both interior and exterior spaces. I have found GM to be honest, capable, and straightforward in his approach to property management. He always supplies receipts for subcontractor’s repair work along with monthly statements and has always been readily available for any questions or information. He has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and acute industry knowledge in negotiating leases, selecting appropriate tenants, and providing cost effective repair subcontractors. Plus, he’s personable for both the landlord and tenant.



GM has certainly been an asset – I am completely satisfied with his performance and the performance of MacPherson’s as a whole and I can recommend him without reservation. MacPherson’s has given me peace of mind.

This was the first home i have bought and I didn’t know what to expect. I looked around at some reviews online and honestly…randomly came across Liberty Management. To be frank, I thought it was complete luck that I came across this company. But after my experience with them, I have to now think there is a reason why it all worked out for me. My realtor was the best person who has ever given me customer service. He helped me with my new house even AFTER the sale was complete. This guy was amazing.

On our first day, he explained everything to me and while I might not remember it now, he made it all completely understandable. Day two, he took me out to over 15 houses and construction sites. That day, I found the house that I placed an offer on and later purchased. Thanks again Liberty Management and the great luck(?) I had in finding your company.

Being a newbie to the Real Estate game, it was nice to have someone maintain patience with me as I slowly worked out everything hat needed to occur and what each step and number meant. They connected me with an excellent lender company and suggested to me many inspectors, one of which used a thermal imaging camera to look for warm spots in the wall (I highly suggest this inspector for other potential buyers). Thanks to their help and efforts, I’m a proud first-time owner of an amazing house all owed to my contact at MacPherson’s Property Management.
