        Incompetent, Unorganized, Unprofessional

        Incompetent & Unorganized so I fired her. Then she exhibited her unprofessional side. She did not know her material in front of judge and was flipping pages in the file looking for things she did not file (incompetence). She was not ready for court in 2 appearances. And, oh yes, she arrived 45 minutes late to court (pissed off the commissioner). Made multiple errors while filing and unwilling to admit errors. She did not include the correct information in the correct way to the courts. She would interrupt counseling to talk to her family in front of clients.
