        Was Told "You Bought a Used Car"

        We just bought a new home, and Eastside has been servicing the Heatpump yearly for the last decade, I believe they originally installed the unit as well. There was question raised in the inspection, so they came out, checked it, and said, nope it works great! No problems! So we proceeded with the purchase... Now, the heat pump has failed... so after having problems for the few couple weeks, they finally came out and installed (for $250) the new thermostat I had purchased (note, couldn't be a Nest/too new of one.. they don't do those), they said, all should be good... it wasn't. Turns out the motherboard was fried in the heatpump. So now we play the waiting game again, and a month rolls on by, in hot weather, no central air... fun times. So they finally come out and to give us a quote to fix or replace, but instead just say... not interested in the job. Almost 2 months later from when we bought the place and they said it worked great. So I called them... and was toldYou bought a used car, there are no guarantees and you should have known it wasn't going to work.

        With the residential warranty?

        They are with residential warranty view someones now we're still having the same problem as before.

        Good Work but expensive

        I had some major issues and they were able to get it repaired. Their after hours price is higher then everyone that I called but I knew that they would be able fix it since they specialize in Trane systems which I have. One problem that I did have on a emergency after hours which I left 4 messages and no one called me back which makes my rating lower then it would be if they just would have called back.
