I have been going here for years and the staff is wonderful, the price is great and their work is very good

I didn't even want to rate the first and last experience I had with this nail salon. I wanted to give them a chance since I do work in Bellevue, waste of time and money!! The guy was sloppy, he cut my finger with the nail file, didn't do the pink and white in time when I asked (I ended up having pink and white shellac paint) and then he did a sloppy job of putting the top coat on. My nails were uneven and all around the experience was just bad. I will be calling and asking for a refund! Bad experience. I don't recommend this salon for manicures.

We had been looking forward to this apptmt for weeks. It was the day before my daughter was to get married and we were ready for a fun and relaxing time with a few of the bridesmaids. First time for me getting acrylic nails and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude and impatient. He started off by taking only seconds to trim down my nails, crooked and jagged. He rushed to apply the acrylics and was bothered when I asked a question or asked to trim them down a bit more. In the end, he reprimanded me in a very disrespectful way when I dared to asked for a design on one of my nails and not knowing the process of acrylic nail application apparently had "missed the deadline" on when to make such a request. I got a very rude reply, accompanied by eye rolling and hand gestures. This all happened in front of another client and near the salon manager. She was very apologetic, tried to blame the "miscommunication" on language barrier and said that her nail tech would have a "talking to". Not the fun and relaxing experience we had been hoping for. My nails looked ok for that day, but showed a visible crack on one of my nails just hours later. Already one days after application, several of my acrylic nails showed signs of lifting away by the cuticles, which was very visible with my French tips. Besides the rude treatment, I'm also not happy with the result and am very disappointed. To be fair though, I've come for Pedicures a few times before and have always been happy with that.
