Go some where else. They try to act like they know every thing but do not. Many times they will talk right over you so they do not have to listen to what you have to say. Have been told something was not covered by my insurance which I knew was. Took me speaking with them over and over and calling insurance and than asking for supervisor before they finally admitted it was there computer at fault and it took almost a week for the error to be corrected. I had also went from receiving my diabetic supplies via mail to asking them to have me pick it up at store. Well, this was another surprise. They did sit me up. Now they supply part of the order and I have to mail order part of what I need since they only carry part of the product. What a laugh... PLEASE if you want good service go some where else and safe yourself a headache.
