I've been a CPAP user for 14 years, but my recent experience with their oxygen service has me questioning their customer service. I was quoted a one month charge of up to $150, including a "few" small cannisters at $10 each. When I got home from the hospital they had left 12 cannisters in addition to the concentrator and large tank. I got an invoice for $223 and they would not honor the $150 quoted price, even after several phone calls explaining the issue.
I only used the oxygen for a day and a half. At some point in the future I may need ongoing oxygen therapy. I will not use AeroCare/IV Respiratory since they don't keep their word and their quotes are apparently meaningless.

UPDATE: After escalating the issue, the original quote was honored and a refund was made for the difference. It's a shame that the Illinois office didn't respond this way first. I had to take it to corporate. Hopefully, a lesson has been learned.

I had my CPAP device delivered on Wednesday the 5th of July 2017. It even came earlier than expected. My tech Paul, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product.

I always receive quick and courteous either on the phone or the occasional office visit. They work with the insurance company ascertaining I get the needed supplies and billing issues (when they happen) are resolved quick and professionally.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I have a billing issue and I have called four times since I recieved the bill in mid January 2013. Two of the four calls were made to Eric Darnell (my apology if I misspelled his name) the CEO. I lalso left two messages prior to the two made to Mr. Darnell to his assistant and she did not return my calls or my concerns either. I was incorrectly billed and this company does not want to acknowledge it. It is very disappointing and upsetting. I pray that consummers have other opitions other than IV Respiratory Care.
