I've lived here for at least 4 years now and everything is perfect for me! If I have a problem, maintenence is there to fix it right away! I'm super pleased and it's quiet... Not to mention the park that's dog friendly right behind me!

I'm not sure how this guy has a positive BBB rating unless it's from a thousand years ago and maybe he was a better man then. Now he's a complete jerk, so rude and mean that his tenants are AFRAID to interact with him. They let things fall into disrepair rather than deal with him, or pay for repairs to a professional. That's probably how he likes it. He's like the grim reaper. And his apartments are HORRIFICALLY nasty, filthy, they tell you they'll do a professional cleaning before you move in, and when I moved in there was a thick coating of crisco all over the kitchen cabinets, plus rats and roaches. This company also breaks federal laws, and I have at least two complaints that I'm taking to federal court. Already have the lawyer, who says the violations are clear. The lawyer is taking it on contingency, which should tell you something. Dennis Fournie has a long history of racial and disability discrimination. Google it and find the federal court records where he was found GUILTY of denial because of being black. Of course it's Belleville, Illinois, which became famous on 60 Minutes for driving while black cases. Anyway, run from this company and esp. this man Dennis Fournie. He is frightening, plus he wears very inappropriate clothing in summer. I'm sure he thinks he's a stud, but it's disturbing. That alone ought to get him put away.
