Bob Palenshus - State Farm Insurance Agent

We used this office for 17 years before we ever needed to file a claim for some roof damage. To make a very long very
painful story short, they did absolutely nothing to help us. They left us to do evey bit of the work to get it fixed ourselves. They wouldn't even cal the adjuster, they gave us fhe number and we had to call him ourselves. We had the feeling that tbey wanted us fo get overwhelmed with the process and give up. Most recently we wanted to get a quote, just a quote for a new vehicle. It took them 2 weeks to return our call and they said" we need your premium by the end of the day or we will cancel you policy on your new vehicle"? We hadn't asked for a policy only a quote. Anytime you need them to do something, they have to call hou back, that is if you can get them to answer the phone. If you are a new customer, test what I am telling you by calling and asking for a quote. This office is completely incompotent.
