My service was good. The front counter person was nice and knowledgeable. The tech was nice too. He made sure the tire pressure was set also.

Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.

My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.

I am going to say that this is the best garage in the city. They do quality service. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a great job. I will be going back.

took my Caddy down to NTB in Bellbrook for a tire rotation and to fix a slight leak in my tire. They come back when it comes time to pay and they say my rear air shocks are leaking air(My auto leveling air compressor hardly ever comes on so I know they are full of it, my shocks are fine). Fair enough, I pay and walk out. After driving back home I check to see if they actually rotated my tires, although I really should have done that when I was in their parking lot. Nope! They did not rotate anything. So I call them again and ask why the tires were not changed. They responded that my rear air shocks were blown as they saw oil back there (Perhaps I should have told them I apply Oil undercoat every year under the car, but real mechanics would have known the difference). They offered to rotate by jack stands but I told them to forget about it as they already unzipped the proverbial fly in terms of ignorance on suspension components.
