Grapevine Grille

Very nice people, great food. The makeover of the place is beautiful. Some favorites include the Greek salad and Greek pizza. Also, the beer battered fish.

Insulting.

My date ordered the Broiled Seafood Platter which, per the menu, includes lobster tail.

Three small bites into her dish she discovered there was no lobster tail to be found. Our inquiry with the waitress as to the missing tail led to the following manager comment conveyed to us thru the server:

There should have been a note in the menu and someone should have informed us that lobster tail was not available due to market price. We were told to ask next time. WHAT?!?! Needless to say we finished without ordering desert, took the insulting $5 comp, and left monies to cover only the meagerly adjusted food bill. Extremely poor management decision bordering on insulting the intelligence of a customer.
