Utopia Nail Salon

This is the least thorough manicure I have ever had. Today was my first visit to this nail salon and the only other salon that I have had a bad experience in is their sister salon, also in the Harford Mall. I felt like the manicurist rushed through the little she did do. I am dissatisfied with the end result. This was my first and last experience with this salon.

WORSE PEDI EVER. For $25 all they did was use a small scrubber I have in my own bathroom, rub a little on my legs and the little bit or normal stuff on the toes. I could have done this at home and saved the time/money. They also let you soak for about 1 minute. They had ZERO customers and now I wonder why. I didn't even want to give it one star.

I get my nails done alot so I know the difference between good nails and bad and this place is horrible !! First of all no one speaks english they try very hard to help you understand but you have to do alot of guessing and even then they do the wrong color or print. Second of all they are expesive and their are alot of hidden fees. Third they are rude they dont even say hi when you sit down they just start doing what they want. And fourth they ignore you !! Even though your the one paying they will sit their texting, playing with their phone or doing their own nails !! I really will not be going their again. Good Luck
