        I have been renting cars from several enterprise rental cars in my area over the past few months. I recently rented from the Bel Air store as it was closest to my house. I rented a car after 5:30 on Wednesday to be returned Friday. As a courtesy,especially with gold status, they usually let me return the car after hours since they close at 6pm. This time they charged me for another full day. For that they should have offered for me to come back in and use the car for the full amount of time. They now could re-rent the car and get an additional day charge from another customer as it would be double charged. I will be renting from the Aberdeen or Fallston locations from now on as they are most accommodating, friendly and treat you as an individual not just another paying customer.
