What happened to the service

I have been a customer of the Bedford Simoniz Car wash for over 8 years. Fast, Friendly, and Affordable would normally be the words that I use to describe this car wash / lube center. My last visit on 2/3/2009 was very disappointing. When I arrived I found all the old signage removed and I was handed a new laminated sheet. On this sheet to my surprise was an increase in the service price for everything. I know the economy is tough and business needs to make change. I swallowed hard and proceeded to have my truck's oil changed and I paid for the complete car clean. This was an extra $10. The one thing I have always counted on was good service. Unfortunately this is where Simoniz disappointed. My truck was not cleaned to the standard that I came to expect. I left with bird droppings sill visible on my truck, uncleaned cup holders, poorly vacuumed floors. To top this off I checked the air in my tires only to find that they were not filled. The total of my bill was $43 for the service. This was an increase of 7 dollars versus my last visit. For $7 I expected at least the same service. I am not sure if the problem is management. I tried to contact both Simon Rodriquez the Location Manager and Mike Cat the Regional manager. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful. I was told by the MOD that I could not contact Mike directly that I would have to call another store not sure what store but I was given 972-930-0333. When I called I was told the same thing. Mike was not available and was to busy to speak with my. I could leave my information and they will call back when it was convenient to them. This will be my last visit to this location. I hope you all find better service there than I experienced.

This was my first and last visit to this car wash! My car was only a few weeks old and had been detailed upon purchase. It rained for days so my car was dirty and needed a good washing. I asked them to dump the trash bin when they vacuumed, which they did not do. They did not anchor the driver's floor mat. The car still had water spots on it. They asked me what type of "scent" I wanted but then did not put one in. I had to ask for it and also ask to have my trash emptied. I left, wiped my hand across the dashboard, which was dirty. I immediately turned around and went back. They told me they do not use any product to "clean" the interior, just a towel. Then I noticed the water spots and was told that they didn't do that there. I then noticed a scratch on my car and told the person in charge who proceeded to tell me that they didn't do it and that I had no idea if it was there or not because my car was so dirty!!! Excuse me but my car was only a few weeks old and it had just rained the day before and the scratch was not there!!! And isn't this a car wash...a place to go when your car is dirty!!! The person in charge wanted to show me another "black" to show me there was no scratch on that car! Really...what good would that do? I don't car about someone else's car without a scratch, I care about my new car with a scratch!!! He handed me a card for Simon, the manager and walked off! He was very unprofessional and did not care at all that my car was scratched or that I was an unsatisfied customer! He was completely indifferent to the situation! I paid $30.00 for the exterior and interior cleaning...I got a scratched, spotted car with an unclean interior and an indifferent, unprofessional attitude by the person in charge!!!
