I do not normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience at Big Shots that I am letting others know about this gem of a sports bar. I recently went to Big Shots with some friends to watch a Cowboy game. While the Cowboy’s disappointed, Big Shots did not. The energy was phenomenal and I was really able to get into the game. The large bar area and numerous TV’s made it easy to watch the game. During halftime I was even able to get in a Pool game on one of the tables. I particularly liked the Pulled Pork sandwich and the wide variety of beers.
Overall, a great place and I plan on going back again, maybe this time for a Mavericks game.

I went into this bar about a week ago with a couple friends and really enjoyed the atmosphere! They have really good food and even better drink specials. We played a few games of pool and shuffle board, the place is really chill and no drama like most bars.. I definitely recommend Big Shots!

This is a really great place to watch the game and have a few beers, the food is awesome too! They always have promotional stuff going on as well, you can win TV's and things. We played pool, shuffle board and that punching bag game, needless to say we all had a blast. I would definitley recommend this spot to hang out, have a few drinks and play some games!!

I had a coupon in the mail for two free dinners $20 value and it said nothing about dine in only, I asked if I could use the coupon for a to-go order and the manager said I could only use it for dine-in. I don't want to sound inappreciative or looking for handouts but if they have stipulations then they should clarify it on the coupon and not make up rules as they go. I found the staff unknowledgable and the manager a bit rude, that was my first experience and I don't know that I will be returning. I went in the afternoon around 2:30 and it was like a ghost town.

So much potential
Folks in HEB have been looking for a hangout with live music on the weekends since Gators closed down, and was hoping this would be Gators 2.0 ..................No Consistant Live Music, poor service, and underwhelming food put my mood in the damper on this place for now. With nearby competition like Toadies, Twin Peaks, Boomer Jacks, Buffalo Wild Wings and Dukes, Big Shots could distingiush its self with Live Music, and they have seriously dropped the ball.

I think a business should have their website fully functional when they open so that people know what the specials are and what is going on during certain nights. I stopped in on a weekend night and they had a band. I haven't seen a band since. Details are always sketchy when I call them. I told some people how fun it was the night I went and they had a band, then the next time I went, it was dead. During the afternoon it was a typical sports bar. www.bigshotssportscafe.com just has the main page with no information.

Still Working out Bugs.......
I attended Big Shots on their "soft" opening on monday March 1.
Now take this with face value, since it was really the first night.
Was looking forward to seeing the Old WInghouse Spot, become a re-tread hang out for me and some of the boys.
I was HIGHLY disapointed.
Again it was the first night, but that does not excuse poor attitude towards customers that want to bring you consistant business.
The food was not bad at all, in fact the Texas Pete's Wings was very good.
Server was very aloof, and disinterested, and could not get an order right to save her life, and ends up she lied about beer selection.
I will give this place another shot in late March or Early April, and give an update.
Being that it was not totally operational i gave it 2 stars.
