I have to say, as a business owner myself, that this was the most unprofessional and incompetent places I have ever done business with. I purchased from Auto World a 2006 Lexus GS300 for $16000, plus a $3000 warranty, under the auspice that it was a vehicle that was in good (working) order. When the vehicle arrived, I was disappointed to say the least.
Not only was there a scratch from bumper to bumper, which required major repainting, but several other mechanical problems arose shortly which rendered the car useless, unless I spent thousands to repair it. The problems I had with the vehicle are too numerous to list, but needless to say I felt it should be covered in the warranty I purchased from them. Not only was I told that all the problems were not covered under the warrant, but that the warranty itself was non – refundable. I tried several times to contact the staff of Auto World in order to give them the chance to resolve this amicably, but all my attempts at contacting them were met with no response. Finally I was told, after I stopped payment, that there was a need to get their attorney involved if I didn’t live up to MY end of the bargain.
I know, as a business owner, how much it means to satisfy the promises a company makes to their customers. In Auto World, you will find this not to be the case. As a rule, I would never recommend this place to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Derek (owner) and Ms. Turner(sales) need to reevaluate some of their business practices, otherwise I don’t see how they will remain in business.

Had a good experience buying here. Had some issues with the car before purchasing and all were addressed quickly. Max my salesman was really great! Love my Mercedes.

Save yourself a headache and do not shop here because you will end up with a lemon. The inventory they have is garbage. The staff is disrespectful. Take a look at the court records at the,Bedford Municipal Court in Ohio and see how many times they have been taken to court. There are many other dealers out there avoid this Auto World USA like thr plague

Call me insane...i did bought a car on EBay from these wonderful guys at AutoWorld USA in Ohio.And tell you the truth,I would do it all over again,without a flinch.

1000 miles after,the car performs flawlessly and i am really happy with my decision.Now,that is probably because the make of the car that i chose proves reliability,it is true.That is not the subject here.The experience at the dealership matters,no hassle,no pressure a wonderful experience all around.Jason was absolutely wonderful in everything that he did .From the first call after the bid,to the last good bye before we left home from Ohio.Good job guys. I got my new SUV from Auto World USA in Bedford, OH. And I have to say that I am very pleased with the transaction. Being out of state I was a little hesitant to buy from them, not seeing or test driving the car was a little nerve-racking; but Kate made the transaction smoother, we used facetime to see the car “live” and I liked what I saw. (Too bad we couldn’t have lunch; my husband and I really enjoyed meeting her.) Once I made my decision I asked if I could be picked up at the airport in “my” new car and they agreed. What a better time to test-drive a car and make a FINAL decision. They have what I consider the BEST prices nationwide, and believe me I LOOKED very hard and didn’t really care if I had to drive back 24 hours to get the car I wanted with the features I wanted, so Auto World USA in Bedford, OH was the place. It’s important to read reviews carefully, as an abide review filer and reader I almost not got my car from them until I noticed there are a few other “auto world’s” out there. Once I realized most of the not so good reviews were from a different place I made up my mind. Scott was great to work with, very professional and was quick to have all paperwork ready for us. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase through them, the car is in “like new” conditions.

I would recommend this placed to anyone. You receive exceptional customer service, they have an amazing sales staff. They are just amazing caring people that make you feel at home when your there. There shoould be more business like this one.
