Made me feel so much better

I just bought a house less than 2 months ago (my first home) and low and behold... I have a mouse. I am FREAKING out and called Apex to come out and take a look at the droppings I found. The tech came this morning and I feel so much better now. He assured me that it's perfectly normal to have a mouse and that he'd catch him. He inspected inside and out and then set some traps. I told him I'm going to go crazy when I come home and find a mouse in the trap and he even said I could call and they'd come back out to ""clean up."" The tech (John) was super nice and courteous... he event put little booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track in anything through the house. Very happy and can't wait for the mouse to be out of the house!

Friendly Staff, Experienced Technicians, GREAT JOB!!!

I usually don't write any kind of reviews, but when I feel that a place of business really went out of their way to not only solve my issues but make me feel like I wasn't just ""another customer"" i like to reward them back by referring them to others that may have similar issues. I recently bought a small restaurant and low and behold, with this great little place came not so great little visitors stemming from the previous owners. Dave, my technician, not only got rid of my problem but also took the time to talk to me about the restaurant business, and basically just make me feel like I wasn't just another ""customer"" Instead of getting the job done & hurrying out, Dave took his time examining the restaurant, and even explaining some other non-pest related problems!...This coming from an exterminator was new to me, let me tell you! Usually you get techs that are boring, unpleasant, etc, because let's face it, it isn't the most glamorous job! So, hopefully someone reads this and gives Apex a call if they have any problems. Completely 100% worth every penny I spent & I WILL be calling them back if any other ""critters"" should arise! Nice Job Apex, it really is nice to get amazing service these days!

I asked my place of buisness who to use to treat small ants at my house and the resounding answer was ""Apex Pest Control"". Apex sent Mike, a knowledgeable and friendly technician that eliminated my problem - he was very conscientious and safely eliminated the problem.

Apex was not the cheapest, but I have been down that road before and you get what you pay for. It was a reasonable price for exceptional service!!

I will never use another company to treat my pest control problems - APEX is the way to go!!

Quality Company

I have used Apex in the past, but this time I had a rodent issue and freaked out. I called Apex who came out immediately. My wife said the technician was not only knowledgable, but was a pleasure to deal with. Apex not only elimnated the rodent issue, but repaired the point of entry to keep them from coming back. This is a quality company and I would definitely recommend them!!

they have solved my pest problems without charging me an arm and a leg!

The people at Apex treated me like anyone person should treat another. I am and always will be a first and last name rather than just a number. Their sales rep worked with me to solve a little problem that would've been a HUGE money spending issue, before it was a problem. Ironically it saved me much more than i would've expected. When they say they're ""Pro-Active"" they really mean it and their techs in the field really know their stuff and are full of personality. You can call this company 9-5 monday-friday and a real live person will answer and help you with whatever pest, rodent, bird, or bat problem you may have. Apex is the company I refer everyone i know to when they are being bugged by the annoying!

Worst Pest Control Company Ever!

This is the WORST pest control company in the Cleveland area. How they became a recommended company I'll never know. I had a contract with them for a year. Whenever I had a problem, I could never get a hold of someone. I always got an answering machine when I called. When I finially did speak to someone, they were rude and acted like I was bothering them. They only had one technician that seemed to know what he was doing, a man named Jim Davis. Everybody else was clueless. They sent the guy who knew what he was doing only on the first visit. When I called and requested Mr. Davis back, they said that wasn't his area. I was also being billed with interest, for service's I had already paid for. I've had other pest control companies in the past and feel Apex is over priced, over rated and with the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a pest control company. I would never recommend them to anybody. Stay away from this one. They are not worth the money they charge. BUYER BEWARE.
