Before and After of my hair after visiting Selma at H2O Salon Spa! After having numerous bad salon experiences throughout NH, I decided to put my trust in H2O. Now I finally have my dream hair! The entire staff is amazing and unbelievably talented! Do yourself a favor and make a reservation today! ❤️

I have been going to this Salon for a long time and all of the stylists do a great job. Within the past year, I have been seeing Bianca on a regular basis for all of my men's cuts. She is extremely courteous and we always discuss the type of cut I want. Without fail, it always comes out better than expected and looks great. Thank you Bianca!

I recently visited H2O Salon Spa and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I received hair services from Bianca and couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. I went lighter and she listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. I also got a full set of eye lash extensions from their esthetician, Jesse. They came out phenomenally! I will definitely be back for more services in the future.

My sister went to this salon to get a spiral perm for her wedding, and the salon completly ruined her hair! Trashed it with almost no way of fixing it. And now they are refusing to give a refund! They are aware the work they do is trash and will do nothing to help the customers they fuck over. Would recommend to the Bride of Frankenstein and no one else.

I have never written a review for any business that I frequent. However, I am now writing about H2O Salon since becoming a client there a few years ago, I have seen a dramatic decline in the salon from its overall maintenance, to the professionalism of the staff and to the atmosphere projected. The salon is starting to look rundown and not very clean in the areas where the cutting and coloring is done. The professionalism of the front desk and other staff is lacking. There is a constant air of tension between the staff and the owner. This is not conducive for a relaxing and pleasant experience for a client. There is always a turnover of staff that I find odd. Sometimes I wonder if I will receive a call that my stylist is gone! Mostly everyone at the salon is friendly; although it has been my experience that one of the unfriendliest and off-putting people at the salon is the owner, herself. She doesn't acknowledge someone unless he or she is her client. You would think that the owner would be gracious to everyone since it is her salon. The owner should keep in mind that if she wants her salon to personify a high end salon that it doesn't begin and end with high end prices. It is the whole package -- from the physical decor (which could use a paint job and a thorough cleaning), to the staff's professionalism (in decorum and dress code), as well as a welcoming and pampered feeling from when a client walks in the door to when a client walks out the door.

Even though my stylist is prone to lateness; if she weren't so talented in coloring and cutting my hair, I would not continue to patron H2O Salon due to the above mentioned issues. H2O Salon was a nice place when I first started there as a client, but as of today, it is not the same nice place. If someone asked me for a hair salon reference, it would not be to H2O Salon.

The one star only because they do good on haircuts , now I paid 700$ to get extensions and it looks awful now you would think for this amount of money you'll get the greatest hair that you want and actually head full of hair well that's not the case over there my hair looks thinner than my actual hair and the extensions doesn't blend with my real hair, I went back to complain and all I got they told me to spend 500$ more for them to fix it? Really? NOT HAPPENING, I'm telling you don't waste your money there for extensions now I am going to different hair salon that is cheaper and does way better job on extensions! By the way don't get fooled by the 5 stars that they got because most of them are their friends and employees I saw some of them there when I got my hair done. I feel like I got set up it's like the stylist knew that he messed up my hair but he styled it in a way that I couldn't tell in the beginning until the next day and it felt like he did it on purpose so I go back and Have me spend more money in the excuse of fixing my hair I am definitely not paying another 500$ to redo what he messed up intentionally in the first place that all together would be 1200$ You out of your mind? For hair extensions Yeah thank you be I'll PASS . And then he had the nerve to ask me to remove my one star and give them five stars , like people got some nerves these days ... WOW!!!

I went in for a color correction. I have naturally dark hair that is lifted to a fairly light blonde. I'd had some problems and long story short I had some reddish roots with a funky whitish band. I called this salon ahead of time to make sure they had a stylist who could fix this particular problem. They said yes so I booked the appointment.
After the service ( a 30 vl mixed with color and applied to the roots only) It was obvious that my problems were the same.
The stylist agreed that it didn't come out right and I made an appointment to come back on Thursday.
They then charged me $130.00 for a full on color correction!
I said I would be happy to pay once it was done on Thursday and didn't feel comfortable paying for services that were not rendered, and I left.
The salon actually called the police on me! They never told the officer that I'd made an follow up appointment!
This salon has been very unprofessional in my case. I'd love to tell you more but yp allows 1000 words.

I have been very selective over the years in finding the "RIGHT" Salon. This is the RIGHT salon!! From the very first time I went to H2O I knew that I was dealing with a very professional staff that was well trained and knew their business. My color and cut has never been so right. My family loves the way I look and I feel better. I look forward to going to the salon and it starts with a shampoo that is the best scalp massage anywhere. I am very pleased and recommend the salon to friends any chance I get.
