Amenities

Each apartment has central HV/AC, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave), garbage disposal and in-unit washer/dryer. In addition, each apartment has black granite countertops in the kitchen, granite bathroom countertops, tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom(s), and a private deck. All of our apartments include trash removal, 24 hour maintenance and the use of all amenities (pool, 24 hour fitness center, movie theatre and cafe). We also offer underground parking for $50/mo and garage parking for $175/mo. All outdoor parking is free. We are pet friendly, and our pet policy allows for one dog or two cats per apartment. Dogs must weigh less than 50 lbs and cannot be a PitBull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard, Chow, Akita or any mix of those breeds. There is a $40/cat and $50/dog monthly fee.
