The goodness of Travel Van Lines seriously made my actual moving day go with much ease. These guys were efficient and good in service Before the move, they were very nice and accommodating in my early start time. Then when I had to push back my move date and they adjusted their schedule accordingly. These guys complied with all the annoying requests from both my old place and new place and they did the whole job in 2.5 hours only! The movers were nice, and simply made my day. Nothing was broken and everything went as per the schedule that day. Overall good job and a nice experience to share.

Travel Van Lines is a decent moving company , we researched a lot on the net and shortlisted this company among a few other companies to be contacted . I gave them a call and knew this was the company. With limited time I did not get the chance to pack everything up and that is the reason I was feeling tensed. The day came and these guys were amazing-the tools in the garage-they just swept up like they were nothing. They saved me a days worth of packing! They were calm,and efficient . After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

We were recommended Travel Van Lines by a close friend in our neighbourhood at that time when we had seen them perform their duties in person for that close neighbor of our. I would say that good and satisfactory work is certain from this company if you give them a chance to hire them for your moving needs. It was an above satisfactory experience and that is why Iam sharing this note with other potential movers who are looking out for a relocation company . We moved using them twice in 7 weeks for an outstation move and their planning and logistics are great and these guys turned out to be friendly, quick, and thorough. Using a mover is expensive but in the end it was money very well spent.

Travel Van Lines provided us with a decent relocation service. I've used them and the crew came out to be efficient in their service.. These guys came out sweet as they could be, while never stopping to get the move done quickly they missed adhering to my instructions While hauling , they managed to make me smile on what was otherwise a sad and a stressful day because of them arriving early and making our schedule go disrupt. This was my first long distance move and I have to say I was really nervous. I am definately glad I chose Travel Van Lines as my movers. They were the best from start to finish, and always made me feel like I was in good hands.

Everything went off without a hitch, and all of my things arrived to me safely and in the same condition they left me in. The Travel staff was exceptionally nice and professional and worked very hard to leave me with a great moving experience.

I highly recommend this company and it's excellent staff for anyone's move!

My husband called and asked for a quote from this company; they sent Anthony who subsequently toured our condo, looked at all our belongings, closets, etc. Anthony wrote up a "binding estimate" for approximately $7,000. My husband actually thought there was such a thing. There is not! He was tricked into hiring this company because they provided such an affordable quote. The truck arrived at our Bethlehem, PA home 2 hours late. The movers were grouchy and complained all day at the amount of stuff we had to move. They packed the china and crystal (of which many subsequently broke in transit). The movers loaded a truck they claimed was too small and still had 1/4 of our furniture to load. The foreman said they'd have to go back to New York and get another truck for the rest of our move. We were leaving town the same day to drive 3,000 miles to CA! It was a disaster the entire experience! The final price for this move was greater than $13,000! If you want to have faith in your estimator, if you want to have pleasant movers, if you want to trust that all your belongings arrive in good condition, do NOT hire this mover.

First rate moving company!



We were going to do a self-move, but after boxing up our belongings for three straight weeks, we decided to enlist a moving company just a week before our moving day. They were out to our house in a day to give us a quote for the work, which was quite reasonable and very accurate.



When the movers did arrive a week later, they were on-time, expedient, and professional. They warned us about the truck and stated that customers incur the price of any tickets. And lo and behold, not an hour into the move, one of my old neighbors complained about the truck. DPS was nice about it and let the movers reposition the truck without an incident. The rest of the move went quickly with our entire 3br/2ba flat (minus kitchen appliances) being moved in just over five hours (the quote was for 4-6hrs).



Anytime the movers encountered something that was damaged or dinged, they brought it to our attention right away. I'd highly recommend these guys for any move, no matter how small or big. Their prices are great as well.

I almost want to move again just so I can hire these guys.



Okay, I'm kidding, but they were that good. When I first booked Travel Van Lines I was given a window of time that they could arrive on moving day. I was incredibly impressed when they called the morning of the move and told me a specific time they would arrive. I was doubly impressed when they arrived at that time...spot on. They were quick and smooth and nothing was damaged. The actual bill was within the amount that was quoted.

These guys were great movers. only $75 an hour for 2 movers and a 24' truck, plus a $35 transportation flat rate within the city. Me and my friend moved from two separate places into my new place in Hayes Valley for only $600. and I have a LOT of crap!



They were extremely fast and efficient, and got me moved pretty much seamlessly (despite a few delays outside of their control). They never stopped to take a break except for the drive. great guys, great service.

They took such care with my furniture and had such a positive attitude the whole time. They worked around my schedule and were always early for the pick-up and drop-off. All of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to the Travel Van Lines crews!

I was in the mist of moving to a new apartment earlier this month. Three days before I was to move out, I called Travel van Lines to set up a time for movers to come by my old apartment after work and pack up everything. They came at around 7 pm and were very prompt and professional. I even directed them to where I wanted my furniture, items and other gear in my new apartment and they laid everything out exactly to my expectations. Moving out was quick and painless thanks to these guys and I will not hesitate to use them in the future should I move elsewhere.

Anthony... Owner and Head Supervisor. Untrustworthy, Verbally Aggressive and Rude.



Not only did I receive my delivery 32.5 hours late, but I was conned. Total breach of contract. I paid more than our agreement stated, in addition to their delay in delivery. Plus, I was yelled at by Anthony and belittled, when I did not raise my voice at him once.



Workers on the job were good people, just working for a bad business.

Worst moving company ever, the way they spoke to me as customers, with foul language was the most shocking experience of my life.



I hired this company for a move I had coming up thru 123 movers. There were 4 companies competing for my business.

So to get my business the salesman who I spoke to numerous times was very polite and working with me to make sure I got everything I needed for the upcoming move. With no surprises and add ones.

I was guaranteed things with the move from the sales person, thru numerous e-mails. And confirmations I was happy with the proposal so decided to go with this company.



The day of the move I was suppose to have 4 movers I had 3, then I was scheduled for 9am they arrived at 10:30am. Then all the extra charges that were decided would be waived magically started to get added on (all the extra services I verified would not be involved due to my numerous e-mails and verbal confirmations).

When I called to discuss why the Forman had a different contract then what I had (wrong address, wrong packing details, etc….) I was switched to 3 different people giving me the run around.



Finally someone claiming to be the supervisors got on the phone, I tried to explain what the conversations I had with pat was and why the contract was different all he could do was yell and say , are you an idiot nothing is for free , never in a million years would I ever give you anything for free, I would rather see my mother dead, ( meanwhile right in the contract It says 3 free wardrobe boxes) after he raised his voice and continued to not listen to what I was trying to explain he then called me on 2 separate occasions a mother F"" Who"".

I was shocked and dumb founded. I was speechless and could not believe that people actually spoke this way when trying to resolve an error that occurred and this was there way of correcting it by cursing at there customers and then hanging up.



when I called back to speak to the sales person to tell him how I couldn’t believe I was talked to that way all he could do was just apologize. How a company can speak to someone that is about to drop $700 on a 5hour move, I feel to have a company that represents itself as a honest established moving company couldn’t be any further that the truth.



They lied, had different contract, and spoke in a manner that I still cannot believe is acceptable in any workspace

Hiring this company for a move was a terrible mistake for me. They charged me for 5.5 hours for a move that was barely 3 hours. I moved from a mile away and they charged me $700. The next day my girlfriend moved to the same house from over 20 miles away and was charged $460. We had the same amount of stuff. When I complained to them they ignored it. When the driver argued on my behalf some guy named J.R. basically laughed at him. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the state attorney general. There are plenty of reputable movers out there, but in my experience this isn't one of them. My advise is to hire a reputable mover and avoid this company.

These folks did a terrific job moving my Husband and I to a different building on a very hot day. They were very professional when dealing with the service staff at the building I moved from and the new building we moved into.



As I have heard horror stories before, these guys moved us with no damage to our furniture and stuck to the original price which had been among the lowest of our quotes.
