I had an awful experience with these florists for an arrangement I ordered for my mother for Mother's day. I ordered from them online and selected a $75 arrangement but the flowers that arrived were NOT at all what they had advertised. After speaking with their customer representatives and refunded me for my money, they called me back again and told me to return the flower arrangement AND the free vase that came with my order! RIDICULOUS!

My sister ordered some flowers for Mother's Day. We found it at our doorstep at 9 am with no box, no one pushing the doorbell or knocking and a measly 3 stems of orchids and two big leaves. When my sister called to complain, they called my mother and said that my sister ordered through 1800 number so it's not their fault that the arrangement was low standards and hung up on her...they were rude to my mother and ranted at her because of flowers she got for mother's day?! They should have talked to my sister not to my mother. Unacceptable! I work with florists all the time at my job and I know that they probably charged my sister a lot for those 3 skinny orchid stems.

They save the day by delivering the same day a really pretty arrangement. Do I need to say more? I contacted them online, and promptly got the receipt, and later a delivery confirmation as soon as they left the flowers in front of my fiancee's door.I'd recommend their service.

Walked in day before valentines, showed him what I liked, he asked my budget, I told him, he worked with me, and gave me a beautiful assortment! Very pleased with over-all purchase, and I'm sure she will will soon be too!
