As a Mobile Notary Service I will travel to several counties in Oregon and Washington such as: CLARK, CLACKAMAS, COLUMBIA, MARION, MULTNOMAH, WASHINGTON and YAMHILL. I work with clients daily on legal documents including Advanced Directives, Adoptions, Affidavits, Certifications, Deeds, Divorces, Estate Planning, I-9's, Power of Attorneys, Real Estate Transactions, Refinance documents, Trust and Wills. As a second generation native Oregonian, I was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. After graduating from Beaverton High School, I studied Real Estate. Becoming a Realtor/Broker in 1989 with Stan Wiley Realtors. I have stayed in the industry ever since, working at Key Bank Mortgage and in escrow for Stewart Title and Fidelity National Title. I have been a notary since 1983. Told that I have a subtle skill of putting clients at ease, and making the signing process pleasant and personable. I believe it is very important to arrive on time, dress in business attire, and portray nothing but extreme professionalism and courtesy during signings.
