Chase Bank

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to take a moment and let folks know what a great branch the Aloha Chase Bank is. I have my mortgage and checking account with Chase Bank and have had excellent customer service. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days and when I am treated well and being provided excellent customer service, it takes a lot of stress out of my day!

I have been with Chase Bank since it was taken over from Washington Mutual. It was hard to make the transition for me as I was very fond of Washington Mutual and had gone through several banks to finally find one that I liked working with. In the beginning, it took a few months to get all my accounts converted but once I transitioned to Chase, I have never been happier! I enjoy their friendliness and I never have any issues with any of my transactions. I am treated well and they are going beyond what is expected. They have created a strong team and do an excellent job! It is important to acknowledge good customer service as it seems to be a dying art! Happy to be with Chase Bank and will continue to bank with them in years to come!
