Auto garages are tough places to deal with, this place is very nice and comfortable. I needed to get a lot of work done. They took the time to show me everything and I felt informed by the time I said yes to the sale.

My Porsche is my prized possession, I only let people I know work on it. This location treats it with the care that it deserves and that I demand. They put four Michelins on it and I got a $50 mail in rebate for using the NTB Card. I paid nothing and people all around my neighborhood have commented on how nice my Porsche looks with Michelin tires on it. 5 Stars.

I am going to say that this is the best garage in the city. They do quality service. I took my car in for an oil change and they did a great job. I will be going back.

This is a great shop with professional service. I really enjoy the work they do. The team is honest and do great work.

A place you can trust. I know my way around cars. My wife goes here if I don't have the tools for the job. They'll tell you what's wrong before they fix it and prices and labor are not bad and they don't lie or half-ass things. Went to get tires swapped on my Jeep cuz I had a stripped lugnut and they didn't even charge me a thing for doing it. Great guys!

On Sep 6, 2012 I purchased four tires and road hazard protection at this store (#294). I used NTB credit In the amount of $634.98. In 2014, I caught a nail in the sidewall edge that could not be repaired. The store was unable to retrieve my records even with my last name, phone number, an image of my credit card statement with the store number, date of transaction, and amount ($634.98 BTW). But they were more than willing to sell me a new tire....if you have a computer and database, it should work....if you get the warranty, prepare to fend for yourself (keep your paperwork forever, they can't even recognize their own credit/bank transaction

brought my 99 blazer to you guys for a unknown problem. I have never been to ntb and was very impressed when the manager bob met me at the tow truck. I always say first impressions are what sells customers. bob and chuck and William all explained what needed to be done and explained what had to be done first. I just wanted to say you know have a customers for all further repairs to any of my cars
