Transmission Exchange Of Beaumont Inc

After being told i needed a new transmission by two other national named shops I decided to seek a third opinion. Third time was a charm for me. I just needed a repair that cost me a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere.

I found out about Transmission Exchange through a recommendation and I am very happy that I gave them a shot. Steve and his crew are very friendly honest and knowledgeable. I had taken my car to several shops and they all pretty much new what the problem could possibly be but the guys at Transmission Exchange took it a step further and did a little research and found out that my transmission was on the recall list and would be fixed at no charge to me. They even called the dealer and set everything up for me. what would have cost me $2,700.00 cost me $0.00 with the exception of the $39.95 diagnosis charge which I happily paid. This is a great company with a great group of guys. I highly recommend them to anyone and will most definitely send customers their way. A very good and honest repair facility! Family owned and operated.

We stopped by to have our transmission checked last week. This shop checked it for no charge and found the problem was only a wire that needed to be repaired. They fixed it in a few minutes while we waited and when I asked how much I owed they said "no charge"! Unbelievable service! They have recently remodeled the place and the office and restroom are both very nice and clean!

I have been using Transmission Exchange in both Liberty and Beaumont since the late 1980's and I have had many repairs performed by them and all to my satisfaction. They will go out of their way to help you just as they have done for me. They are owned and operated by the same people that opened it over 20 years ago and that means a lot to me.
