Family Services Counseling Center, 990 IH-10N STE. 140, offers a number of programs to the people of SE Texas. The Center offers counseling to families and individuals in crisis. Family Services accepts insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and provides a sliding-scale fee for the uninsured. Family Services Women and Children's Shelter provides services for victims of family violence, including a 24hr confidential hotline, a safe house, counseling, legal advocacy, transitional housing and group support.
