DSW Homes

DSW Homes is a company that is doing Rita and Ike Home Repairs (Rehab) in Southeast Texas. When a contractor signs up with them they are required to acquire $1,000,000 in Vehicle Ins. and $500,000 in General Liability Ins. This of course adds to the contractors overhead but DSW only wants to pay low prices even though they receive top prices from the government.

They cheat the contractors by saying they will pay for all materials but when the contractor turns in their invoice DSW refuses to pay for everything. They also do a "backcharge" on contractors for things that they never do. They are less than reputable and have no integrity.

My advice for contractors is to stay far away from them.
