I've got a pet chameleon and have done a pretty good bit of research on the diseases they could get. He was starting to show obvious signs of RI and I went there to get medicine for him. All they did was look at him for like 5 minutes and say he was okay and not give me any medicine all they gave me was a print out of the basics of how to care for a chameleon.

I boarded my dogs thinking they would be well taken care of only to find that one of them lost 20 pounds, I called every week to make sure they were eating and was told that they were eating all of their food and were fine but when I went to check on them one of them had lost 20 pounds and looked emaciated I could see all of his ribs he looked pitiful I'm very upset about this I feel like I have paid them to starve my dog, how could they not notice they are supposed to be weighing them every week how does something like this go unnoticed?
