Ramona Tire & Service Centers

I went in for an oil change and they did it in about 2 hours which was fine, I went across and ate at Chili's while they did it. What bothers me is that they asked for my social and I gave it to him not really thinking too much about it. Well the next day I get an email from Credit Karma saying my credit dropped because some company ran my credit score. Why would a tire shop run my credit? And I just got an oil change, that's it! So I'm pretty irritated that they ran my credit, Cos why would they do that? And he didn't ask or tell me about running my credit or if I would like a credit card or anything. So that was strange. It's partially my fault tho go giving him my social, but I didn't think twice about it cos he was asking for all my info cos I was a first time customer. So if they ask for your social, don't give it to them! Now I have an inquiry on my credit because they ran it.
