House of Tang

We used to go here once a week for dinner (takeout only) but after my daughter and I had violent episodes of vomiting and diahrrea, we suddenly stopped. The owner approached us one day and asked why we didn't come in anymore and I told him. He looked at me in a confused state and said that's too bad. Really????? Wow, no concern for his business or customers safety. I guess he doesn't realize that one day he can get sued by someone for what happened to us. He's lucky that I am not the one who will. I have personally witnessed the cooks grab raw shrimp with their bare hands and then turn around and grab raw meat. That's cross contamination unless you wash your hands, they never did. The restaurant is in dire need of necessary repairs and a deep cleaning, possibly a new front window too!
