I took my 2006 Mazda 6 to Bryant Auto Body after being pushed around by other Body Shops about using OEM parts. I wanted my vehicle restored to its original condition by using only factory parts after an accident. I came all the way from the east bay after talking with Ian (owner) because he said he would use only OEM parts and he would take care of dealing with the insurance company. It was such a great experience working with Ian because he took care of everything. He was there to greet me in the morning and also took care of calling for a rental car to pick me up. I was also happy to see that he worked on high end vehicles as well. He had a Porsche Turbo he was repairing major damages to as well a brand new Mercedes CLS 65AMG. I just got the car back today and it looked PERFECT!!! He also had detailed my car for me inside and out. I will always go to Bryant Auto Body in the future because of there great customer service and great work to there vehicles. Ian and Herman (owners) are both great guys and great to work with.

I first went to Rob's shop because something fell off my car and I happened to be driving down Valencia. I thought it must have been a slow day, because Rob fixed it on the spot, no charge. It happened again a year later, I stopped in at Consumer, same thing. So, when my bumper and driver's side door got crunched by two separate people attempting u-turns on my narrow street, of course I took it to Rob instead of the 'official' insurance body shops. He did an amazing job - my battered city car looked like new (from one side at least), and handled the insurance as well as the uninsured guy that hit my car. And, when I asked him to fix another scrape on the other side, he advised me against it because it would be pretty expensive, and it would probably just happen again. Big stars (as if he needs more) for not just taking the extra money like many shops would do. Thanks Rob!
After a trip to the country side and a run in with a big old deer, I refrained from taking my car to the local auto body shop in the town I was visiting for the weekend and drove my car back to the City so I could take it to Consumers Auto Body & Repair. I had taken a vehicle to them before and was so pleased with how efficient and professional they were that there was no question I would give them my business again. The deer had done a number on the front end of my car but Consumers gave me what I thought was a very reasonable quote and, after telling some of my more car-savvy buddies what the quote was they said I'd been given an amazing deal. Two and a half weeks after I took my car in, all beaten up and dented, Consumers returned my car and it looked better than ever. This is an auto body shop you can trust.
