Within days of a 60 ft wood fence installation to replace one downed by Sandy, a panel of driveway gates flew off, and the posts were loose. The owner claimed someone must have been hanging on the fence, and then, that a car had likely backed into the fence to cause the problem. Within a month, all the posts were looser, and a section of fence is very shaky as well. Owner made several attempts to adjust, but he simply does not have the expertise to do the work, and demonstrates a high level of incompetence, lack of professional customer service. Does not arrive as promised, or compete work as promised. 'I have another customer to take care of. I have to take care of my daughter. " If he says he will arrive at 9 am, it will likely be noon. Owner claims posts get looser when it rains (!), and should have some 'give,' "I don't know" is the answer as to why a post attached to one of the driveway gates is particularly loose. In addition, when he quoted the job, he said he would install posts 24 in, but in fact went 18in, saying "that's deep enough," when 24 in is the minimum, but 30 in best, according to two estimates I have to repair the failed installation. I have been without use of my driveway for a month, and owner does not respond to phone/email and has made no attempt to repair the work, or offer compensation as requested. Unfortunately, will likely be obliged to litigate.

Beware! I did not. There are issues even for simple gardening care: leaves placed in sewer, according to eyewitness, although owner claimed not, as well as not showing up as promised.
