Wow. Who ever the lady was that answered the phone was horrible. I will never do business with this family. I am currently on vacation in Florida, I noticed companies selling in bulk so I am searching for a new supplier in Michigan who does the same as I make large purchases of chlorine regularly. She then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I called a Michigan family run store, I said yes that is exactly what I am looking for. She then once again told me I was wrong and that they don't ship to Florida. I never asked for it to be shipped, as I'm looking for a new supplier LOCAL to their store. So due to her inability to comprehend a basic request, and her very poor business ethic and customer service skills, I will spend my money else where.

I was a loyal customer for 12 years. I purchased all my chemicals, accessories, toys and even a sand filter with motor. This year I purchased a new winter cover, not the cheap one but a middle grade. When we went to install it one of the covers seam was bad and just pulled apart. I went to return this cover and was told send it back to the manufacturer, SHE insisted I do that and was out of luck. Needless to say It turned a little hot. This cover was purchased only 15 days before that. As a good 12 years customer SHE wouldn't even make a effort to help, NO SEND IT BACK, SHE REPLIED with her goofy little smirk. So I went to Saginaw's Cinderella and they replaced the cover with a new one with no problem. I do apologize to her for what went on, but I believe after 12 years, SHE should've cared a little more. So I will never recommended them or return, or buy some CHOCOLATE from that establishment. All over a $90 cover.
