I had a great first time experience. It is a great family owned business that truly cares about their customers. I called in early in the day to let them know that I had a loud hum in my car. They easily diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue and they took care of it the same day. The pricing was great and they took great care of the car while they had it. I was very pleased with how pleasant everyone was at Morgan's Auto Repair.

I needed someone in Bay City, MI close to downtown, because she would need to drop it off close to her work place. They went the extra mile to take her back to work while they figured out her air problem. It was appreciated. They solved the problem quickly and also reviewed a brake light problem (without additional charge. Mike & Darren where terrific! Thanks!
