We've been taking our cats here for 20 years and have never had a complaint. We have even boarded them here when we were out of town for extended periods. They are always very compassionate when we've had to say goodbye to one of them.

If you like a crop that has a bell/base that is too large, targus not removed, then by all means go to this vet. Otherwise, if you are familiar with how a good Doberman crop looks...stay far away from here and find someone who knows what they are doing. Dr. Engelhardt cropped our females too short after I specified that we did NOT want a short crop. Medium or longer. And he left my males ears looking horrible. Way too much bell. Didn't remove the targus and does not explain this well on initial visit. One ear is cut different than the other and will probably never stand properly. Very disappointed.

Several dogs of mine have gone through the office through the years & have all received excellant compassionate care.They even board there when necessary.My dogs will be there as long as they will have us!

I adore this vet clinic. The staff is very kind and caring. The care is thorough and the vets will work with you patiently to figure out what is going on with your pet. They have taken care of my pets for a long time and they are also the only place in the area that takes care of my exotic birds. They are compassionate and really care about your pet like its their own.

Wr had my pup's ears cropped there. The second visit for tapping my dog was very scared and nervous with the male vet. It was about 7pm at night and I guess this vet Dr. Engelhardt had enough for the day. He raised is fist like he was going to HIT my dog and shook his head back and forth. The next visit (second tapping) the first thing he said was "Make sure that dog dont ruin that muzzle - I would hate to have to charge you for it" THE FIRST THING NOT EVEN HI OR ANYTHING. Next he proceeded to say my dog was vicious at 19 WEEKS and was labeled such in his file. My husband had to call because I was crying so hard when I left and my 6 year old son seen the whole ordeal. Needless to say we have a lawsuit in process because now my dog is agressive toward other male Vets when they touch his ears and so forth. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I am requesting copies of his file and any notes inside that back up this vet's claim along with comments from the aides there. He never even helped his aide pick up my pup and put him on the table (pup is 57 pounds needless to say). My gawd.....
