I've been going to Paul for many years. In my mind, going the meat market should be like going to your favorite barber. They get to know you, they call you buy your name. They remember things about you and your family. Kramer's is just that. A little hidden gem where being the town butcher is still an art. The home made sausages are fantastic. The beef jerky is some of the best I've ever had. The selection may be limited, but Paul chooses quality over quantity. If you are looking for a place that treats each customer like family then this is the place to go.

Honestly, only bad experience with Larry's was the homemade bratwurst. I didn't care for it at all, but bratwurst recipes vary greatly. Just depends on your taste. All the meat I've got from there was fresh and stayed that way until consumed. The prices are decent. It's a good meat market.
I love this store! When it comes to their sausage you can't beat it anywhere else. They use only real spices, no MSGs. Yes, they might cost a little more, but it's worth it to get great customer service and very high quality products.
