I agree, this is the worst attorney in…
I agree, this is the worst attorney in all of Brainerd/Baxter area. She is totally asleep at the helm. She charges without adequate knowledge and gets nothing done! She has no email (or didn't) no voice mail and no way to get ahold of her. She will take your money and NOT deliver!
I finally stopped using Ms. Sarff and got an attorney and paid another 6000 dollars out but this time the job was done and done correctly. DO NOT USE BOBBIE SARFF!

We called this attorney and told her that we had a child custody case that had started in Texas, and that we needed to know what we could do about it. We were told that we needed to meet with Bobbie Sarff and it would cost us $60, so we went to meet with her, paid our fee and waited to meet with her. When we were called into the office, we told her that it was across state lines and that we needed to know what we could do. She said that because it was in another state, that she couldn't do anything about it. She couldn't cross state lines, that we would have to talk to an attorney in the other state. WHY WEREN'T WE TOLD THIS ON THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED AND SAID THAT IT WAS ACROSS STATE LINES? She took our money and gave us nothing. I guess that's how come she has such a nice office. Not only did she tell us that she couldn't help us after we paid the consultation fee, but we also had to take time off of work to meet with her.
