        arrangement I was wanting. They assured me they would make this arrangement look very beautiful and peaceful. They went over and beyond what I was looking for!!! Brought tears to my eyes when I saw what they put together for me. I will definitely be buying my future orders here. Thank you Greensmith Flowers.

        I will never order from Greensmith again. I selected a beautiful bouquet, and the picture is the basic bouquet, with is what it states on their own website. So I decided I wanted two levels up, and went with the Premium bouquet, costing more but I didn't care. What was delivered was the 'basic' bouquet. When I called and said this looks just like the photo for basic, I was told "Well I put $65 worth of flowers in it. Do you want a bigger vase?" Seriously? If your picture doesn't reflect the increase of flower costs, then don't misrepresent yourself. I will NEVER order from here again. No such thing as customer service at all.

        Love Greensmith Florist!!! Their work is always exceptional, done with care, using beautiful product and creatively arranged. The shop is a wonderful place to find unusual gift items. I will always go to Greensmith for my floral needs and unique gifts.

        Run, do not walk, to any florist other than Greensmith. They sent a flagrantly inferior bouquet than the one I paid for, refused to answer my correspondance regarding this and then threatened to sue my florist over the matter. They cheated me and my recipient and didn't care at all about it.

        Had the chance to visit Michigan a few years back and was impressed with this shop on Emmett Street, Greensmith Florist & Fine Gifts. What a variety of the nicest Christmas ornaments they had. I have not been able to find a shop like that since. I will be back. Very nice indeed.
