Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Having a broken fuel pump on a Sunday morning was a challenge. Initially I called the K'zoo airport and found their prices and deposit requirements to be outrageous. Then I remembered my past great experiences at Battle Creek Enterprise and booked a car on line. After explaining my need for an am rather than noon car JORDON went out of his way to help me. He had a great sense of humor and I truly appreciated everything he did for me. I have the feeling this is his true personality-helpful, kind, and, considerate. Enterprise would benefit from using him as a training manager or as an upper level manager. He really has the right stuff. Everyone else I interacted with were helpful and knew were well trained with good personalities that fit their job skills. JORDON, however, stood out from the rest. There is something special about him. I do not know him and will probably never see him again but wish him the best in his career.

I have always had the best customer service with Enterprise DARCARS are always clean they're thoroughly looked over their prices are the lowest and overall satisfaction hundred percent!
I want a social thing a gentleman named Jordan at the Dickman Road Battle Creek location for understanding that wasn't able to use the car as I needed to this last time due to an emergency that he understood that and it was very Cooperative in handling the circumstances at the time he has awesome salesman and want to give a shout out to hundred percent!

Couldn't have asked for nicer associates at the Battle Creek location. Brandon W. took great care of us and got us in and out quickly. Definitely the place to go for a rental.
