        What's wrong with the website??????

        What's wrong with your website. It has been such a long time since I have been able to access the website and view items that I would like to order. I feel more relaxed and assured viewing the web and placing my own orders due to past experiences that I've had with one of your customer service representatives. They seemed to have had the attitude of disagreement, and after my placing my order, it was delievered incorrectly, short, and not all of the correct items that I ordered.
