Team Toyota Baton Rouge

Went in there last week, I had a very large down payment. My sales person was extremely rude all because I refused to buy a new truck and I wouldn't let them run my credit until I found what I was looking for. So I took my businesses elsewhere and got a very nice truck, with great service at boardwalk in walker, this is the 2nd time they were rude to me.

Team Toyota by far has the absolute worst service department and ill mannered employees of any dealership or repair shop I have ever encountered. Each time I have been there was miserable because of the poor quality of work and customer service. Their maintenance and repairs have resulted in further cost at my expense, EVERY TIME. They do not stand behind their work and instead of addressing the issue they bash the other dealerships in the area and find loopholes to get out of taking any responsibility. I have been talk to in a very aggressive, disrespectful manor and even yelled at more than once by staff members there. When I have pushed for further explanation as to why they will not fix or admit to their mistakes they pass me on to the next person who again only says negative things about the surrounding businesses in attempt to glorify themselves. Nothing but an endless circle and I never get anywhere. At least once I have had to bring my car elsewhere to be fixed after leaving there. They have lied to me over meaningless things such as the mechanic that had worked on my car the previous day was not there so they are being generous and having the head mechanic look at it. I was able to look out the window and see the mechanic they said was not there. It's sad and disgusting to be treated so horribly.
